Staffing Concerns Lead to Uptake in Outsourcing Inquiries
The COVID-19 crisis has led to an uptake in communities inquiring about outsourcing the management, operation and maintenance of their water/wastewater services, according to PeopleService Director of Sales Chris McMillen.
