Three Ways to Encourage Safety

1. Train, Train and Train Some More
   Regardless of experience or expertise, employees should be extensively trained and trained often on how to safely operate your facility.
2. Continuously Look for Ways to Improve
   Safety is never done. There is always somewhere improvement can be made. Don’t stop looking for ways to improve and reward employees who bring ideas to the table.
3. Safety is a Team Sport
   Whether you’re in the office or in the plant, every employee is responsible for safety. Encourage team members to discuss, encourage and share ideas on safety.
