It’s hard to believe that 2022 is coming to an end and another year is rolling around. If you haven’t had an opportunity to develop your “Plan B” yet, it’s time. You really don’t want to get caught short-handed should your operator retire or quit. All it takes to see what a back-up plan can look like, is call me.
